Springs

Springs made of high quality, texture rolled spring steel with a long durability are applied. The performance of the springs complies with the diagram. The spring tensions indicated in the selection list are the maximum attainable force Z (based on the respective core of the reel body).

The preload, work and reserve rotations, which need to be observed when commissioning, are indicated on the type plate of the supplied product.

Roller guide

For guidance of cables during manual operation and automatic mode. One of the rollers can be removed.

Cable holding sleeve

A cable holding sleeve enables absorbing traction for spring-driven cable reels for horizontal payout with end feeding for hoist reels.
